Call for Proposals on the Connected World Theme

VU staff may apply for up to 10,000 euros for a socially oriented impact project for 2024, lasting a maximum of one year on the “Connected World” theme. The call is open to a wide range of social impact, from for instance an art project to a citizen initiative to the development of a social app. The application should involve a minimum team size of two, only one of which needs to be a VU staff member. Inviting students to collaborate on this is a pro.

Proposals are selected on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Quality of the proposed project;
  • The fit to the Connected World profile theme;
  • The visibility of the impact project;
  • The expected outcomes of the project i.e. societal impact
