Boost your research proposal with Nebula – our new AI platform

Are you preparing a Horizon Europe or NWO proposal? Strengthen it by including Nebula, the VU Network Institute’s dedicated computational facility for research with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

Nebula offers secure access to 1,500+ open-source LLMs, dedicated APIs, and many other features for ensuring reproducibility, FAIR principles, data sovereignty, and ethical AI research. Including Nebula under the typical “_Key Research Facilities, Infrastructure and Equipment_” section can enhance your proposal’s competitiveness. For your convenience, below you can find a ready-to-use piece of text to be included in your proposals:

“VU researchers have full access to Nebula, a dedicated computational facility for advancing research involving generative AI and large language models (LLMs), with dedicated technical support. Nebula provides secure access to 1,500+ open-source LLMs, APIs, and multimodal tools, ensuring reproducibility, FAIR principles, data sovereignty, and ethical AI research for open science and societal impact.”

Also, when fitting, it would be great to allocate €10–20k for computational costs related to Nebula in your project proposal in order to support the future developments of Nebula. This will give you stable, systematic access to the platform. Thanks!
