Sponsoring your events

Every year the Network Institute reserves a part of its budget to sponsor events of its members.

Below you can find the rules about sponsoring events:
– the NI can support up to 1000€ (e.g., food/drinks for a reception, swag, printed material, location rental, etc.)
– the conference/event has to be interdisciplinary, meaning that it has to involve people from different scientific disciplines
– the NI must be mentioned as a sponsor in all communications of the event
– a NI banner should be put in a central spot of the conference (if remote, we can provide a virtual background with the NI logo)
– NI flyers must be disseminated during the event (if remote, an email to all participants suffices)
– A news about the sponsored event shall be published on the NI website and monthly newsletter. News can be proposed by filling out this online form.
